Hello Tribe Vibers!
This week our focus is on 🇸🇻 El Salvador. We are kind of tired of the US election, and there is so much cool stuff happening down in that little known tropical country, that was the first nation state to make bitcoin legal tender. Check out their upcoming Adopting Bitcoin with a Women’s event happening the day before. Listen to our conversation with Kiki, who is part of the team standing up the conference and also runs the BTC Farmer’s Market. A reminder if you have kids to take them to the BTC Junior Club area at the conference too!

📈 Trending News
1. Solo Miners Rule!
The Scoop🕵️♂️: A solo miner won a block reward this week (see below) which equated to approximately $222,455 at that time.
Why You Should Care🚨: Small at-home mining devices such as Future Bit and Bit Axe are proliferating, and this is the second time in recent weeks that a solo miner (an individual who is not part of a mining pool) has won a block reward.
What This Means for Bitcoin ✨: This means that individual miners are likely to grow in number and more people see value in trading a small amount of energy for potentially huge rewards. Bonus, you get to contribute to the network security.
2. Blackrock, the World’s Largest Asset Manager just keeps Buying Bitcoin
The Scoop🕵️♂️: Blackrock, the world’s largest asset manager just keeps on buying bitcoin. If you want exposure via Blackrock, you can simply buy their ETF. But, we don’t recommend that you do this, as you will simply have an IOU and will not actually own any bitcoin.
Why You Should Care🚨: If you still think Bitcoin is a fad, we can’t help you. As pleb, you still have an opportunity to invest in the best performing asset class known to man. Don’t be tardy!
What This Means for Bitcoin ✨: It means that the supply is becoming scarcer and scarcer. Refer to “Why You Should Care” above for next steps.
