1. A Biden Pardon for Sam Bankman-Fried?
The Scoop🕵️♂️: Rumours are swirling that Biden may issue a pardon for Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) who is currently serving a 25 year sentence for fraud and embezzlement. SBF was the second largest donor to the U.S. Democratic Party, and his company also facilitated bitcoin transfers to Ukraine, which many allege was a money laundering scheme.
Why You Should Care🚨: A pardon for SBF would be a huge slap in the face to all those who lost money through SBF’s company FTX.
What This Means for Bitcoin ✨: The lesson here remains that you should not leave your bitcoin keys in the custody of an exchange. Do not engage in yield farming, allowing your funds to be controlled by an institution who then leverages them. Just buy bitcoin, store it safely, sleep well (see our 3 simple steps guide below).

2. Was Satoshi Outed on Christmas Eve?
The Scoop🕵️♂️: Tyler Durden of Zerohedge suggested on X, Christmas Eve, that Satoshi Nakamoto is in fact Elon Musk. It’s an interesting theory. If true it would certainly explain why Elon, an early Bitcoin adopter, spends so much time carefully pooh pooing Bitcoin.
Why You Should Care🚨: 2024 was weird. 2025 is about to get weirder. Trust nothing, question everything. Keep your bitcoin stored safely!
What This Means for Bitcoin ✨: With Musk’s grip on the incoming administration, the likelyhood of a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve (if he is in fact Satoshi) would increase.
