1. Bitcoin ETF Outflows

The Scoop🕵️‍♂️: Bitcoin ETFs have seen massive outflows, with a record $671.9 million exiting in one day. However, BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF has been a notable exception, growing rapidly to $57.8 billion in assets.
Why You Should Care🚨: While outflows might suggest bearish sentiment, the significant growth of some ETFs like BlackRock's could mean a maturing market where long-term holding strategies are becoming more prevalent.
What This Means for Bitcoin ✨: ETF outflows signal market corrections and shifts in investor sentiment, but they could also be a result of a move towards self custody, as custodial holdings on exchanges drop significantly as well.

2. The State of Ohio’s Bitcoin Reserve

The Scoop🕵️‍♂️: Ohio has introduced House Bill 703, proposing the creation of a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. This would allow the state treasurer to invest up to 10% of state funds into Bitcoin.
